The El Dorado Wildcats beat the Blue Devils in the Homecoming football game last Friday.
When asked about the game on Friday night, head coach of the football team Chris Hill says the game started out shaky but in the end, the team came back strong.
“Little was a tale 2/2. You know, the 1st half was sloppy, lethargic, and just as bad as the 1st half was. The 2nd half was just as good,” Hill said.
The Wildcats started off rocky but in the end pulled a win. By halftime, the Cats were 21-28. At the end of the game, the Cats ended it by 63-28.

When asked about Friday’s game, D-Lineman Josiah Crosby says he had faith in his team.
“I wasn’t surprised that we came back and won,” Crosby said. “We were a little bit down in the first half, but we got it together in the second half and showed them what kind of team he really was,” he said.
Left tackle Dantavis Dunlap is hoping the rest of the season has a good outcome.
“We want to win the last two games, get the fourth seed, get to play at home and really just go from there,” he said.
At the start of the third quarter the cats were losing by a score of 28-21, however by the end of the 4th quarter, the final winning score was 63-28.
The Wildcats season ended with 4-3 in conference and 8-5 overall.
